I had an unexpected high speed scraping sound happen and needed to get in same day. They were able to get me in and fixed up in decent time considering how busy they were when I arrived. I appreciated that they didn’t try selling me on anything more than what I came in for. The guys working seemed very friendly and customer service driven. Just watching and listening to how they dealt with customers while I sat and waited you could tell they take your time and money seriously. Definitely will head back to this location when I have more work to be done!

Harley was outstanding!!! Everything was talked about up front and explained very well. All of the employees were professional and very courteous!! I also wanna say that Aaron was top notch when I asked questions about performance parts on a different vehicle. They all just wanna do the job right and not charge you for nonsense. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed!

Came out to Springfield IL and ended up having to get a front end alignment, didn't have to wait days to get an appointment like other places. John and Aaron were both great, as was the mechanic who did the alignment!Very professional and explained everything that was done with detailed information and pictures and anything that may need addressed then or in the near future. They address all concerns and just a great crew! If I didn't live in Pennsylvania they would get all my business, all done at an affordable cost! Thank you John, Aaron and crew! Dylan Mattern

Aaron and John were phenomenal my charger had so many issues and they went above and beyond to get her fixed up. It was a nightmare trying to find all the parts and they made the process easy and hassle free they took the price down a couple thousand dollars due to the fact I simply couldn’t afford it as a stay at home mom thankfully my mom and step dad are repeat customers and they helped me make my car safe for my toddlers and I to be in again. If you were worried about finding a reliable place that won’t gouge you of everything you own this is the place to go. I HIGHLY recommend them between service and over all customer care they were phenomenal. Well done boys.
